Vicki Sings at Born For Broadway

NYC is gearing up for Born for Broadway! The third annual Born for Broadway benefit is taking place on Monday, May 21st at the American Airlines Theatre. Born for Broadway, a one-night-only celebrity cabaret, is the brain child of Reeve Foundation friend and volunteer, Sarah Galli. Sarah’s brother Jeff sustained a spinal cord injury similar to Christopher Reeve’s after a diving accident in 1998.

Tony nominated director, Marcia Milgrom Dodge is joined by this year’s hosts Julie White (“Transformers,” “Little Dog Laughed”) and Tony Goldwyn (“Ghost,” ABC’s new hit series “Scandal”).

Some of the evening’s performers include Tony winner James Naughton, Richard Kind ("Luck," "Mad About You," "Spin City"), “Glee” star Jenna Ushkowitz, Book of Mormon Tony winner Nikki M. James, Tony nominee Malcolm Gets, "NewsRadio" star Vicki Lewis, Tony nominee Orfeh, and Aaron Lazar.
